Approach / Enforced constraints

We don’t let software guess.

Our AI decides what to look at next. It never decides what the answer is. When FaultNav explains a test result, those are the manufacturer’s words—quoted exactly and carrying their citation—not a model’s paraphrase.

These are descriptions of decisions already made in the products, not aspirations.

01

We don’t let software guess.

Our AI decides what to look at next. It never decides what the answer is. When FaultNav explains a test result, those are the manufacturer’s words—quoted exactly and carrying their citation—not a model’s paraphrase.

02

We’d rather be unhelpful than wrong.

When our software can’t be certain, it says so and hands you the source it was working from. It never fills the gap with something plausible.

03

Important rules are enforced by the build.

ControlTrail isolates each customer’s data in three independent layers. FaultNav’s tests fail the build if the AI is ever handed content it is not permitted to see.

04

Every significant decision is written down.

Both products carry a numbered record of architectural decisions and the reasoning behind them—written when the decision was made, not reconstructed later.

Enforced in the products

The constraint is part of the system

Important boundaries are tested and isolated rather than left to memory or good intentions.

FaultNav

Permitted-source tests

Its test suite fails the build if the AI is ever handed content it is not permitted to see.

ControlTrail

Independent data isolation

Each customer’s data is isolated in three independent layers, including one inside the database itself.
